This semi-automatic machine was produced to increase throughput and also shop floor safety. The filters are fitted by an operator and then an automatic resin dispensing head produces a bead of sealant round all 4 sides. A special tilting mechanism is also incorporated to allow the resin to flow and form the optimum seal. The control system has 4 stepper axes, operation input panel and incorporating a resin mixing and dispensing unit.
