The AMZ miniature positioning stage combines Akribis’ direct drive technology and an integrated optical encoder to deliver high-precision characteristics including a fast response time and bidirectional repeatability of ±0.1 µm. This stackable unit measures 65 by 65 by 52 millimeters in size.
