Designed as a successor to the popular AC10 series of low-cost AC inverter drives, the AC15 maintains the AC10’s high IO count and reliability, while adding a host of new features to create even more customer value. Safe Torque Off to PLd and Ethernet Modbus TCP/IP communications are standard.

 

 

The full range is available now, covering induction and PMAC open-loop applications from 0.37kW to 30kW in both 230V and 400V versions. Ease of use is guaranteed with an improved display and keypad, simple menu structure and support for the popular 6901 remote keypad. Flexibility is delivered through the fully configurable internal block diagram and updated DSELite software tool.

The AC20 brings still more, with optional I/O and encoder feedback cards, closed loop functionality and both Profinet and Ethernet IP communications as standard.

Further fieldbus option cards are available for other networks, including Profibus, CANOpen and EtherCAT.

 

The AC20’s hardware and software have been designed to make it the best possible replacement for the now obsolete 690 series, while opening-up new opportunities with its enhanced features and competitive pricing.

Available now in the power range of 1.5kW to 30kW, the AC20 range will be expanded soon to include 37-180kW units.
